Return & Replacement Policy

7-day return window

You can return any DroneGuru product within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unused, unflown, and packaged in the original case with all included accessories.

How to start a return

1. Email support@droneguru.in with your order number and reason.
2. We schedule reverse pickup within 48 hours.
3. Once we receive and inspect the unit, refund is processed within 3 business days.

What we do not accept

Items that have been flown, registered on a flight controller, water-damaged, or whose seals have been tampered with. Custom-configured industrial bundles (Stratos Pro and above) are non-returnable but covered by warranty.
